The person does. An organisation keeps a lasting record of the training created while it sponsored someone, so its evidence survives a leaver, but the certificate goes with the person.

A subscription renews monthly until you cancel it. We email you before an introductory price ends and before renewals, with the price and the date. A certificate expires on the refresh cycle recorded for the course rather than a standard year, and you are told before it runs out.

Courses are built to meet WCAG 2.2 AA, with captions and a transcript on narrated sections. The accessibility statement sets out how this was tested.

Cancel from your billing page. The plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for and then stops, or, once you have started a course, to the end of the 3 months' notice; paid months are not refunded. Moving from Premium to Basic takes effect straight away and the unused part of the month comes off your next bill; the notice period comes with you. If a payment fails, your courses stay open for seven days while the card is retried, then pause until what is owed is paid, and open again as soon as it is. A failed payment does not end the plan. The cancellation and refunds page has the rest.

Prices here are set for this market rather than converted from sterling. The courses are written against English law, so outside the UK they are professional development and not a statement of your legal duties.
